PitBox is a fully managed, hosted software-as-a-service platform provided by BrockDev for managing sim racing leagues. It includes an admin panel, public landing page, Discord bot integration, automatic standings posting, and associated tooling. Access is granted on a per-league basis subject to an active paid subscription.
You agree to use PitBox only for its intended purpose β managing race results, schedules, standings, and drivers for your sim racing league. You may not attempt to access other leagues' data, reverse-engineer the system, resell or sublicense access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Race results, standings, schedules, and driver information you enter are stored in an isolated, per-league database on secure servers. BrockDev does not sell or share your league data with third parties. Discord authentication uses Discord's official OAuth2 system. Billing is processed by PayPal; BrockDev does not store card numbers or payment credentials. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
BrockDev makes reasonable efforts to keep PitBox available but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Discord, PayPal), or force-majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. Access may also be suspended for non-payment or misuse as described below.
PitBox is offered on three plans:
Quarterly and annual plans are billed as a single upfront charge at a discounted effective monthly rate. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are processed via PayPal and auto-renew at the end of each billing term unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and no partial refunds are issued. Custom or enterprise arrangements are invoiced separately and do not auto-renew.
Accounts more than 14 days past due may have their panel suspended. A suspended league's data is retained for 30 days after suspension; after that, the database may be permanently deleted. Reactivating before the 30-day window restores your data in full.
Plan limits (Lite: 2 series, 50 active drivers Β· Standard: 4 series, 75 active drivers; Pro is unlimited) are enforced at the point of addition β attempting to exceed a limit displays an upgrade prompt rather than a hard error. Leagues already over a limit when a plan is assigned or downgraded are grandfathered at their existing usage; no data is removed. Limits are based on active records and do not count archived seasons or inactive drivers.
BrockDev may update these terms at any time. Material changes (pricing, data handling, service scope) will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
